My experience with Alysia was fantastic! She is uniquely talented and knowledgeable in both natural interpretation and wellness. She flawlessly blends the natural environment and the wellness / emotional reflections. I have been twice and each time was different and interesting. We alternate taking walks and learning about nature and then spend some time sitting in nature, by a river or under a Giant Sequoia, prompted by her thoughtful questions. Discussions are calm, open, and you feel safe sharing.
